Why am I not receiving email notifications from Twind?

 Here's how to allow notifications from Twind! 



If you are not receiving notifications from Twind, it's possible that our email domain may be blocked by your email server or firewall


To check this matter, you should follow these two steps:


  • Check your SPAM folders. If the Twind email is in one of those folders, you should mark all the spam emails as NOT SPAM


  • Once the previous step is done, you should also add those email addresses as trusted senders in your mailing list. Don't forget to include all Twind email addresses with the following domain: @twind.io


If you need immediate access and you already have a Twind account, you will need to log in to your account and click on the bell icon in the top right menu to have access to all notifications.
