When try to create my password, it won't let me do it

 We have the solution to this issue! 



Sometimes browsers are not 100% compatible with the platforms, which is why, with Twind, we always recommend using:



Sign in with Google Chrome and try again!



If you click START in the TWIND invitation and the platform won't let you create a password or won't allow you to proceed, we recommend you to use Google Chrome as your default browser


In addition, you should also follow these steps:


  1. Clear your browsing data
  2. Refresh your browser, if it is not already upgraded

 

Once completed, please access again the login link: welcometotwind.io
