Download QR Access Cards for Your Resources

 We've simplified your access to the client's facilities! 

We're excited to share with you an exciting update in Twind that will make the management of your resources even easier! Suppliers have now the ability to download QR access cards for your resources quickly and easily.

And we're here to explain you how to do it!

1. Access the Access Control Menu

First, go to the main Twind's menu and click on the "Access Control" tab. This is where you will find all the options related to managing access to your resources

2. Download the Access Card

Once in the Access Control section, find the specific resource for which you want to download the access card. You will find the "Download Access Card" option by clicking on the three little dots in the "Actions" column

3. Receive the Notification

After selecting the download option, you will receive an on-screen notification and an email with a link to access the card in PDF format. It's that simple!

And that's it! Now, your resources will have their ID cards available in Twind. This QR card can be used by the resource to any of the clients using the QR codes in Twind. Forget about downloading multiple cards for each center or client, just download it once and you're done!
